Warranty
At BLAST WAVE, we have full confidence in our products. We are committed to providing users with safe, reliable, and high-quality wheels that perform as expected. We offer a 5-year warranty for all wheelsets, with the following detailed terms:
Warranty Period
- The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
- Rims: 5 years
- Hubs: 3 years
- Spokes: 3 years
For product quality issues, we will cover all return and shipping costs.
5-Year Collision Warranty
Even in the event of accidental collisions causing damage, we offer one free replacement within 5 years.
Summit Wave Special Policy
- Due to the unique design of the Summit Wave wheelset, collision damage can be replaced at 50% of the retail price.
- Front and rear wheels can be purchased separately.
For collision damage, the customer is responsible for return and shipping costs.
Wear & Tear Disclaimer
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear items include, but are not limited to:
- Brake pads
- Brake tracks
- Rim tape
- Bearings
- Damage caused by riding in non-recommended conditions
Workmanship & Material Defects
Warranty claims related to manufacturing or material defects must meet all the following conditions:
(1) The product must be purchased from the official BLAST WAVE website or an authorized dealer.
(2) The purchase must be at full retail price and include a valid receipt.
(3) Second-hand or resold wheels are not covered under this warranty.
Within the warranty period,If the damage cannot be repaired, BLAST WAVE will provide a replacement for the affected component or rim.
